We are the liason officers between your company and the SETA (Sector of Education and training authority)

Human Resource Management

Human resource management is the effective use of human resources in order to enhance organisational performance. This includes recruitment and selection of appropriate staff and management of the employment relationship, which includes contracts, collective bargaining, reward systems and employee involvement, and considers the strategic and operational view of the organisation’s requirements.


Accreditation means the certification, usually for a particular period of time, of a person, a body or an institution as having the capacity to fulfill a particular function in the quality assurance system set up by the South African Qualifications Authority in terms of the Act.

Employment Equity

Employment Equity is a fair Act, because it prescribes the addressing of gaps, barriers, discrimination and equity in the workplace. Employment Equity can be defined as a concept of equality and basic fairness. It is an organisation-wide programme of planned change, in order to ensure that the workforce in every designated workplace is reflective of the Economically Active Population.


Is a structured learning experience, which combines institutional and workplace learning and is directed towards the achievement of a SAQA-registered qualification.

Skills Development Facilitation

In terms of the Skills Development Act, an individual whose role is crucial in enabling the raising of skills levels within an organization. They must perform specific functions such as assisting organizations develop and complete workplace skills plans and annual training reports, advising organizations on quality assurance requirements of the Seta and serving as the contact between organizations and the Seta.


BEE is aimed at redressing the imbalances of the past by seeking to substantially and equitably transfer ownership, management and proportionate control of South Africa’s financial and economic resources to the majority of its citizens. It also aims to ensure broader and meaningful participation in the economy by black people.
