The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) and The Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Sector Education and Training Authority (CATHSSETA) invite MQA and CATHSSETA registered levy-paying employers with adequate and appropriate infrastructure, as well as human resources which will enable implementation of learning Programmes or Projects to apply for discretionary funding.

Stakeholders and legal entities can apply for the below occupational shortage and skills gaps within the CATHSSETA:
Heritage Consultant, Rigger, Park Ranger, Gaming Operations Compliance Officer, Café (Licensed) or Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manufacturing Process Controller, Sport Administrator, Sport Coach, Fitness Instructor, Marketing Practitioner, Travel Consultant, Customer Contact Centre Salesperson, Plumber, Electrician, Chef, Private Tuition Dance Teacher, Sound Technician, Zoologist, Veterinary Nurse, Sales and Marketing Manager, Management Accountant, Hotel or Motel Manager, Catering Manager, Café (Licensed) or Restaurant Manager, Biokineticist, Sport Psychologists, Fitness Instructor, Director (Organisation),Health and Safety Officer, Cook , Environmental Manager, Programme and Project Administrators, Truck Driver (General) and Handyperson.
All applications should be forwarded to MQASETA no later than 21 February 2019 and CATHSSETA no later than 31 January 2019.
