In terms of the Skills Development Act, A Skills Development Facilitator is an individual whose role is crucial in enabling the raising of skills levels within an organization. They must perform specific functions such as assisting organizations develop and complete workplace skills plans and annual training reports, advising organizations on quality assurance requirements of the Seta and serving as the contact between organizations and the Seta.
